If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Samuelsohn has a few options available to help you, pending on the item(s) eligibility for a Return.
Policy Overview:
We accept returns of unaltered merchandise, unless the item is a final sale item. Merchandise must be in its original condition, with tags attached, up to 30 days from the shipping date. If you need a different size or style, we will gladly exchange these items at no additional shipping charge.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, less a return shipping charge of $15 USD, within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse.
Returns:
Item Eligibility:
Some items are not eligible for a return, and they will be marked as Final Sale.
· Please note that any items that have been altered (regardless of the purchasing price), including those altered through our complimentary hemming service, cannot be returned and do not qualify to be refunded, exchanged, or credited.
· Items purchased with a discount of 80% or more off the original retail price are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns. These items do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Refund and Store Credit Upon Return:
Some items are eligible to be returned for a full refund, while others are eligible to be returned for store credit only. The available option will depend on the discount amount on the item’s original price, as per the following:
· Items purchased at full price or with a discount below 50% off their original retail price, are eligible for a full refund.
· Items purchased with a discount equal to or greater than 50%, and lower than 80%, off the original retail price are eligible for store credit only, no refunds.
If an item is being returned for a Refund or Store Credit, with no exchanges, a return fee of USD 15 will be charged and discounted off the refund or store credit.
Please ensure your box has the Return Authorization number written clearly on the outside of the box.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an eligible item (meaning items purchased at full price or with a discount lower than 80% off their original price), we can also offer a Return for Exchange. In this case, the return fee of USD 15 will not be charged. Please note that:
· If the final price of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original purchase price, an invoice will be issued for the customer to pay the difference.
· If the final price of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original purchase price, we will either refund or issue a store credit for the difference, according to the item’s eligibility.
· The available option will depend on the discount amount applied on the original retail price of the item being returned at the time of purchase, as previously mentioned in this policy.
· The exchange item(s) will only be shipped once the item(s) being returned is(are) received and verified by Samuelsohn.
How to return or exchange: You can request a return through your account or simply contact us here to request your return or exchange.
Please specify your order number, the style(s) you wish to return/ exchange and we will email you the shipping label.
For returns only: a fee of $15 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Price Adjustments
To be eligible for a price adjustment, please be aware of the following conditions:
· Price adjustments can be granted within a 14-day period after the purchase.
· Price adjustments are given for permanent markdowns.
· Items purchased using a promo code are not eligible for price adjustments.
· The item must be identical, including color and size.
· Only one price adjustment is permitted per item.
· The item must be in stock at the time of the adjustment request.
· Price adjustments are not available for items sold by third-party sellers.
