RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Effective February 2nd, 2026, we have updated our Return Policy. Please review the terms below, as some conditions have changed.
ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER FEBRUARY 2ND, 2026
For orders placed on or after February 2nd, 2026, return eligibility is determined by the discount applied at the time of purchase.
Items purchased at 60% off the original retail price or more are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Items purchased at 59% off the original retail price or less are eligible for eligible for returns for refund, exchange, or store credit, provided all standard return conditions are met.
DISCRETIONARY EXCEPTIONS
As a courtesy, customers may request up to two lifetime discretionary exceptions for items purchased at 60% off the original retail price or more. These exceptions will be issued as an exchange or Store Credit only; no refunds. Requests must be made directly through Customer Service here
ORDERS PLACED BEFORE FEBRUARY 2ND, 2026
Items purchased before February 2nd, 2026, are subject to the Return Policy that was in effect at the time the order was placed.
The applicable Return Policy for those orders can be found at the bottom of the order confirmation email.
RETURN CONDITIONS (WHERE ELIGIBLE)
Returned items must meet all the following conditions:
RETURN FEES
If the order is returned for a refund or store credit, a return fee of USD 19.99 will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
If the order is returned for an exchange, the return fee is waived for the first exchange request. Any additional exchange requests for the same order will be subject to the return fee.
POLICY UPDATES
Samuelsohn reserves the right to update or modify Return & Exchange policies at any time. Policy changes apply only to orders placed on or after the stated effective date.
