Returns and Exchange Policy

We accept returns of unaltered merchandise, unless the item is a final sale item. Merchandise must be in its original condition, with tags attached, up to 30 days from the shipping date. If you need a different size or style, we will gladly exchange these items at no additional shipping charge. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, less a return shipping charge of $15 USD, within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse.

Final Sale Items

  • Any items that have been altered, including those altered through our complimentary hemming service, cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
  • Items purchased with a discount of 50% or greater off the original retail price are eligible for exchange or store credit only; no refunds.
  • Items purchased with a discount of 80% or greater off the original retail price are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

FINAL SALE NOTICE: Permanently marked-down products that are final sale may have a notice on the product description page indicating their final sale status. There may however be instances when this notice is absent. This could include, but is not limited to, situations such as sale on sale promotions or newly added permanent markdowns. The lack of a final notice on product descriptions does not exempt the item from the final sale policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the complete return & exchange policy prior to purchase.

How to return or exchange

Simply email us at care@samuelsohn.com to request your return or exchange. Please specify your order number, the style(s) you wish to return/ exchange and we will email you the shipping label. For return styles only: a fee of $15 will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Please ensure your box has the Return Authorization number written clearly on the outside of the box.

Price Adjustments

To be eligible for a price adjustment, please be aware of the following conditions:

  • Price adjustments can be granted within a 14-day period after the purchase.
  • Price adjustments are given for permanent markdowns.
  • Items purchased using a promo code are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • The item must be identical, including color and size.
  • Only one price adjustment is permitted per item.
  • The item must be in stock at the time of the adjustment request.
  • Price adjustments are not available for items sold by third-party sellers.
